NDDP is currently seeking to expand our substitute teacher and staff pool to support coverage during employee absences. This is an excellent opportunity for parents or community members with flexible schedules who are interested in working with students and helping maintain consistency and stability within our school environment. Substitute staff may select assignments that align with their skills, comfort level, and availability.
A high school diploma is required for substitute aide and recess supervision positions. A bachelor’s degree is required for substitute teaching roles. While prior teaching experience is not required, a genuine enjoyment of working with children, along with patience, organization, and strong problem-solving skills, is essential.
