Rise Up Raiders Night 2025 Volunteer Opportunities

Hello Notre Dame Families!

It’s that time of year again when we start our early preparations for Rise Up Raiders Night (RURN), our school’s biggest fundraising event! Getting a jump start on planning helps to ensure that our event runs smoothly and is a huge success. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 8th, 2025, from 6:00 pm-10 pm, with an opportunity to attend mass at St. Francis Xavier parish prior to the event.

Please click here to see a list of different volunteer opportunities that are important to be filled as soon as possible. These jobs will generally be performed from mid-July to October and are the BEST way to fulfill your PRIORITY Service Hours. Estimate 6- 20+ hours.

Each position will be overseen by either a RURN Co-Chair or Sub-Committee Coordinator, so you have plenty of others around to help make sure you understand and succeed.  It’s a great way to get involved at Notre Dame and meet other school families!

Let’s RISE UP and make this year’s event the best one yet!

Please email ndrurn@gracesystems.org with any questions.

Your Co-Chairs,

Rebecca Larsen and Andrea Miller

***Please Note: There will be another sign up coming out in Fall 2025 to request help specifically for the event night, including set up, take down, etc.***

Our middle school students put their skills to the test at the GRACE Battle of the Books competition at the Brown County Library yesterday. Their dedication, teamwork, and love for literature were on full display as they answered challenging questions and celebrated their hard work.
