About Me
For those that do not know me, my name is Mrs. Orthober, and I teach most of the math courses that we offer here, except for Pre-Algebra. I previously taught one year before coming to NDDP. I taught 4th grade at a small Catholic school in Superior, WI. I moved to the Green Bay area a few years ago with my husband and we have a 2 year old son.
I was born and raised in Houghton, Michigan, which is in the Upper Peninsula. I went to college in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers!). I worked at a veterinary clinic for a few years as a Vet Assistant before I felt I needed to make a change and went back to school to pursue teaching. I got my teaching license and Master’s Degree in Teaching from St. Scholastica University and am so glad I did!
