About Me

MEET THE TEACHER:
My name is Mrs. Jennifer Kopp and I am SO excited to be teaching preschool at Notre Dame of DePere. I have been a teacher for over 16 years and I absolutely LOVE teaching littles!
I started off my teaching journey in High School English, moved to Special Education, and found my passion here at NDDP with the youngest of students. Starting our days off with smiles, hugs, and silly things kids say... can't be beat!

My family and I love camping, reading, crafting, kayaking, and enjoying time up north at nana and papa's farm or at the cabin.
I recently started working again on my master's degree and back on the quest of being a life time learner. My love for nature and the simple things... creeps into our lessons about all of God's creatures and how everything is beautiful. It is so great to see the excitement in the eyes of the little ones, as they find colorful leaves or rocks to share with their friends.
Story time is my favorite part of the day.

My other favorite things that makes me happy:
Coffee
Diet Coke
Chocolate
Geocaching

I am eager to meet you and share my love for learning, teaching, and sharing together in our wonderful school at NDDP.

Classroom Resources

A Note From Mrs. Kopp:

Hello! Welcome to the Land of our Littlest Learners!
I am so excited to share a little bit about our wonderful classroom.
At Notre Dame, we hope our preschool classes create a positive first school experience for your child. The days are scheduled with many hands on learning activities as well as
many other engaging opportunities throughout their day.
Each week, students work with a specific theme where stories, projects, and learning centers coordinate with what the learning targets are for that week, introducing letters and sounds, to build student success and independence.

Students build self esteem by following our routine as they become familiar with our wonderful staff and school. We are blessed to call NDDP our home away from home for your littlest learner.
