The kids did a great job leading us in the All Saints Day Mass!! They were truly Saints in every way!! 🙂
Here are the awesome 2nd graders on the first day of school!! They are so happy to be in 2nd grade!! I know it’s going to be a GREAT school year!! 🙂

Volunteer Schedule for Ms. Korinek’s Classroom–November 2018
-Friday, November 9th-Early Dismissal, Veteran’s Day Mass, Rise Up Raider Night at Badger State Brewery
-Saturday, November 10th-Reconciliation Retreat from 2:30-4:30pm at St. Mary’s Parish for all St. Mary’s and St. Francis students
-Wednesday, November 21st-End of 1st Trimester, Early Dismissal
-Thursday, November 22nd-Happy Thanksgiving!!
-Friday, November 23rd-No School
-Friday, November 30th-Report Cards Go Home!!
Nightly homework in our second grade classroom consists of reviewing and practicing what is learned in school. IRB (independent reading books) reading of 20 minutes, practicing spelling words, and practicing math skills.

-Collapsible Fold Up Camping Chairs (washable fabric surface would be best)
-Bean Bag Chairs (plastic, vinyl or other material that can be wiped off)
-Decks of playing cards (to be used for math games)
-Boxes of snack (crackers, granola bars, pretzels, etc) for when children forget their snack (please make sure it is nut/tree nut free!)
-Gift Cards for Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc (for classroom books and other supplies)
